Progress has stalled out in the last few weeks. I hurt myself on my bike and couldn't really do much labor intensive activities. Here's a video of us jacking up the bottom of the house to make it all level again.

I also finished tearing off the first floor front. New framing will go up and the windows and doors will be installed, then the rest of the house will follow in turn.
